Stacie Pasimio, LMFT #79267
Founder
“We started this agency because we believed that we could be a force for positive change in our community. There are so many people hurting and we believe that we can support people by being a collaborative force in the process of therapy. We try to meet clients where they are at and help them work towards their goals. I personally specialize in working with children and teens. I have the pleasure of working with our amazing team of therapists on a daily basis. They are a caring, supportive, intelligent group of people that are passionate about helping our clients, their families and our community. It is a pleasure to support our community in any way we can.”

Michelle Ballard, LCSW #75676
Clinical Supervisor
“I truly enjoy working with associates as they earn their hours towards licensure. I try to meet the associate where they are at and help them process ways to find the theoretical orientation that works for them and their clients. I also provide therapy to clients and specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression or adjustment to life issues. Ultimately, my goal is to be a therapist that helps to guide the client towards their journey to peace by helping them find their inner strength and understanding.”

Maybe this sounds familiar? You’re juggling work deadlines, school activities, family responsibilities, or social pressures and then life throws a curveball. It can be tough.
That’s where I come in. Together, we explore techniques – from heartfelt conversations to practical tools – to help you build stronger connections and lead a more fulfilling life.
My journey as a therapist began with the belief that no person should face challenges alone. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology where I gained extensive clinical training in various therapeutic modalities. Throughout my experience, I have worked with diverse populations including children, families, and individuals facing communication difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions and so much more. I believe in inner strength and resiliency and want to empower your autonomy in life choices.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore and express their thoughts and feelings. My priorities in fostering an inclusive and respectful environment include cultural competence and serving as an ally to all individuals. Each person’s unique background and experiences are honored and valued. Utilizing a client-led approach, I integrate evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, but I always tailor interventions to address each client’s needs. Together we will find the path that works best for you.
I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside each individual on their journey toward healing and growth, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you and your loved ones on your path to wellness.
