Our clinicians have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, families navigating behavioral or developmental challenges, and clients seeking culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

  • Yes. We accept a variety of insurance plans, including many PPOs, select HMOs, Medi-Cal plans, and EAPs. Insurance acceptance may vary by clinician.

  • Our pricing varies depending on the clinician, service type, and insurance coverage. We offer:

    • Insurance-based sessions

    • Self-pay (private pay) options

      • $180 for individual therapy

      • $205 for couples or family therapy

    • Sliding scale availability for select clinicians ($105-$180, pick what you can pay model)

    We strive to be transparent and will review fees with you before your first session so there are no surprises.

  • Castle Rock Family Services is based in Southern California. We have an office at: 3281 E Guasti Rd. Ontario, Ca. 91761. We also, offer virtual therapy, allowing us to support clients throughout the state of California from the comfort of their own space.

  • Our administrative office hours vary by day. Therapy appointment availability depends on each clinician’s schedule, including daytime and limited evening availability.

  • Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions. Virtual therapy allows flexibility, convenience, and access to care without commuting.

  • Our Client Care team will work with you to understand your preferences, goals, and needs, then help match you with a clinician who is a good fit. If at any point you feel a different clinician may be a better match, we are happy to help with a transfer.

  • Therapy length varies for each person. Some clients come in for short-term support around a specific concern, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper personal growth. Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine what feels right.
