Hi, I’m Kristina Sanchez, LMFT#127773
Hi, I’m Kristina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
I’m especially passionate about trauma work and use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process painful or overwhelming experiences, move through patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and create meaningful, lasting change. I find it incredibly rewarding to support clients as they begin to heal and reconnect with themselves in new ways.
As a therapist, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore your experiences openly, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
I also serve as a clinical supervisor, supporting associates as they grow in their work as therapists. I offer reflection, feedback, guidance, and encouragement as they strengthen their clinical skills and build confidence in themselves. I genuinely enjoy both roles and the opportunity they give me to create spaces rooted in curiosity, connection, healing, and growth.
