Hi, I’m Megan Meyer, ACSW#42951
My name is Megan, and I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker supervised by Kristina Sanchez, LMFT #127773.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel exciting, confusing, or even a little scary. Whether you know exactly what you want to work on or are still figuring things out, you don’t need to have all the answers to get started. You deserve credit for being here. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward your goals.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, San Bernardino. Through my clinical and school-based experience, I have supported children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life experiences.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-led. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate creative interventions that reflect your interests, hobbies, and strengths. I want therapy to feel engaging and relevant to you while helping you develop skills to navigate life’s challenges. Beginning therapy is an important commitment to yourself, and I believe you deserve a space where you feel understood and supported as you grow at your own pace. It would be an honor to be part of your journey.
